The ShakaDrip Marketplace

  • Sellers list products and set their own pricing and availability.
  • Buyers book products through the platform to reserve or express purchase intent.
  • Sellers confirm bookings and convert them into purchases once the buyer pays the seller directly.
  • ShakaDrip does not handle payments, escrow, or delivery. Any delivery or pickup is arranged directly between buyer and seller.

Accounts And Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Seller Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
  • Respond to bookings in a timely manner and communicate clearly.
  • Resolve payment, delivery, or pickup details directly with the buyer.

Buyer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate booking details and communicate promptly with sellers.
  • Complete payment directly with the seller once a booking is confirmed.

Prohibited Use

You may not use ShakaDrip for unlawful activity, to infringe intellectual property, to post misleading content, or to harm or harass other users.

Third-Party Links

ShakaDrip may include links to third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

ShakaDrip is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of listings.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ShakaDrip and Kiglance are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the platform or transactions between buyers and sellers.
